Appointment of an Interim Receiver pursuant to section 46 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the "BIA")
On May 4^th, 2018, the Quebec Superior Court (the "Court") issued an order appointing 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Inc. ("乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网") as Interim Receiver to the property of Transactions Excel Inc. pursuant to section 46 of the BIA.
