Receivership proceedings
On May 14, 2025 by Order of the Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) (the 鈥�Receivership Order鈥�), 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Inc. was appointed receiver (the 鈥�Receiver鈥�) of Giftcraft Ltd., Giftcraft Midco, Inc., Giftcraft Holdings USA Inc., Giftcraft Holdings, Inc., Giftcraft Inc., Ripskirt Hawaii, LLC and Yosox USA Inc. (collectively, the 鈥�Debtors鈥�), pursuant to section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. B-3, as amended and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C.43, as amended.
