On July 18, 2000, the Toronto-Dominion Bank (“TDâ€�) privately appointed ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Inc. as Receiver and Manager (“ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍøâ€� or the “Receiverâ€�) over all the undertakings, property and assets (the “Propertyâ€�) of NTI Newspaper Technologies Inc. (“NTIâ€� or the “Companyâ€�), pursuant to a General Security Agreement (the “GSAâ€�) with NTI dated September 5, 1997.
