Sylvia is an Associate Lawyer with 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Law, licensed to practice in both Canada and the United States. Sylvia currently maintains a practice focusing on both employment-based and family-based immigrant and non-immigrant visa matters, and she provides business immigration counselling to corporate clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to emerging businesses and start-ups. Having been admitted to both the Ontario and the New York State bars, she is also uniquely situated to provide strategic advice on U.S.-Canada cross-border issues. As an attorney, Sylvia's goal is to partner with her clients to ensure efficient operation of her clients' global mobility program, while maintaining compliance with applicable U.S. and Canadian immigration laws, regulations, and policies.
