He specialises in corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements, which encompass compulsory and voluntary liquidation, judicial management, receivership, corporate turnaround, consensual work outs and general business advisory services. Bob has taken leadership roles on a number of high profile restructuring deals. He is the lead liquidator of Lehman Brothers entities and MF Global entities, and the Judicial Manager of Swiber Holdings Limited.
Experienced in forensic services with specialisms in fraud investigations, regulatory compliance services and dispute advisory services, Bob has directed and led forensic assignments for local and international organizations in the private and public sectors that cross multiple industries, including insurance, energy and utilities, electronics, engineering, pharmaceuticals, financial services, oil and gas, transportation and logistics.
