Robin is the Global Head of Tax & Legal for Financial Services at 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 and is based in the UK; he is a partner in the Financial Services practice in 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网. He has more than 25 years鈥� experience in investment banking and the wider financial services industry. He spent seven years working in investment banking (in the UK and Hong Kong) focused on the development, origination and execution of complex transactions for global clients. The remainder of his time has been spent as a professional adviser supporting some of the world鈥檚 largest banks, inter-dealer brokers and commodity traders with tax, M&A and advisory projects. Robin holds qualifications with both the Association of Taxation Technicians and the Chartered Institute of Taxation and earned a Bachelor of Science degree with honours.
