Svilena joined ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø in the UK in 2006 and has amassed consulting experience across a range of sectors - consumer goods, retail, oil & gas and telecommunications. She has led and successfully delivered advisory projects on design and implementation of a variety of operating models for the Corporate Services functions, creating new capabilities and using data & analytics to drive insights.
Originally from Bulgaria, Svilena spent 20+ years living in the UK and working across Europe, Asia and the US. A chartered accountant with a business degree, she also holds a MSc in Coaching and Behavioral change â€� a combination that helps her drive transformational change when engaging with clients and ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø professionals across the globe.
