Prior to joining 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in 2008 Adrian worked at the District Court of Horgen and with a well-known business law firm in Zurich. He heads 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Employment & Immigration Practice Group, which besides the classic national and international employment law particularly specializes in questions regarding immigration, social security and tax issues in the context of international deployments/assignments as well as staff lease and employee participation programs. Furthermore, Adrian and his team advise various global players on questions regarding cross-border employment law and HR compliance matters, incl. the design and implementation of mobility compliance processes, and the design of remuneration and employee participation plans. Adrian is further a member of the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Corporate & M&A Practice Group and therefore experienced in the interface between employment law, corporate law and contract law. In close collaboration with 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 tax and social security experts, Adrian and his team provide legal advice with regard to new establishments of service companies, carve-outs, mergers and acquisitions (incl. numerous labour and HR Diligences) of well-known multinationals of various industries. Adrian wrote articles for numerous newspapers (e.g. Neue Z眉rcher Zeitung, Handelszeitung, Tagesanzeiger, etc.) and published a book on the employment and immigration law aspects of international assignments.
