Nick co-leads 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Law鈥檚 General Counsel programme, Legal Reimagined, now one of the UK鈥檚 leading and most active in person and digital in-house counsel communities. Legal Reimagined, since its inception, has focused on bringing fresh perspectives, facilitating peer to peer insights and collaboration, and aims to create a supportive and collegiate environment for senior in-house legal professionals.
Nick has extensive experience supporting clients with complex international business reorganisations, UK and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, equity incentives and joint ventures, working with large corporates, private enterprises, management teams, financial and private equity institutions and high net worth clients, across a range of sectors.
