Tatiana is the director based in the Lausanne office, Switzerland. She is responsible for GMS in Romandie (Lausanne, Neuchatel and Lugano offices).
Tatiana has several years鈥� experience advising Heads of Compensation & benefits, HR Management, Payroll teams or Global mobility specialists on tax, social security and payroll issues related to their internationally mobile population and top executives. She has also extensive local experience in dealing with the Swiss authorities on a broad range of complex tax, social security and immigration issues.
Tatiana鈥檚 experience includes听Swiss and international taxes (compliance and consulting aspects) including complex expatriate tax at source matters, restructuring projects, international expatriate policy, deferred compensation, social security and pension fund issues, and negotiation of specific tax and social security agreements.
