Bob is an Associate Partner in 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 International Standards Group (ISG) with over two decades of experience in IFRS accounting advisory and audit. In the ISG, he leads the insurance accounting team. In this role, he influences the development of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 accounting guidance with a key focus on IFRS 4 and the implementation of IFRS 17 and IFRS 9 for insurance companies. Bob oversees the development and delivery of training material for 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 professionals globally.
Before joining 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, Bob led the technical implementation of IFRS 9 and IFRS 17 at a large insurer in Asia. He was the workstream lead responsible for the accounting, actuarial and reporting implications from IFRS 9 and IFRS 17. He was responsible for a mixed team of over 30 employees and external consultants in delivering the technical interpretation of IFRS 9 and 17. In this role, he worked closely together with teams from 18 local markets to roll out the IFRS 9 and IFRS 17 implementation.
