As an auditor and tax consultant, Elvira Niedermeier has been involved in auditing and advising financial entities for over 20 years. She advises financial service providers on regulatory and compliance requirements in the area of information and communication technologies (ICT). Elvira鈥檚 focus has been on IT and cloud outsourcing, in particular the development and implementation of IT and cloud compliance frameworks. Elvira currently works for the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 ECB Office, where she coordinates the initiatives of the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 European network to address key supervisory topics related to IT. Activities include holding working group calls with the network and running surveys amongst European banks. Elvira also focuses on regulatory ICT-related requirements for the German financial services sector.
