Her professional experience is focused on personal income tax issues, social security, compensation and benefits and global mobility services. During the past years she has been providing technical and practical advice on personal (domestic and international) tax and social security planning issues, including advising employers on the structuring and taxation of compensation and benefits for its employees. This includes the coordination of teams advising on employee incentive arrangements, social security and international issues arising from the movement of employees around the world. Has extensive experience providing tax services to private clients, including tax advice on the implications arising from the relocation to Portugal and Portuguese special tax regimes and support with their reporting obligations.
