Glenn has over 20 years of experience advising on private equity transactions globally, specializing in the use of partnerships and limited liability companies in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and restructurings. Currently, Glenn is the Global Tax Leader responsible for 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Private Equity practice. Glenn is the Global Lead Partner for Blackstone, and in this role has overall responsibility for all the work undertaken by 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 for both Blackstone and all of its portfolio companies.
Glenn joined the U.S. member firm of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in 2008 as a direct-entry partner. Prior to joining 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, Glenn served in the Office of Chief Counsel of the IRS鈥檚 National Office and was subsequently a member of another big 4 firm鈥檚 Washington National Tax office.
