Derek has over 25 years of management consulting experience in the areas of growth strategy, GTM strategy, new business development strategy, and ESG. He was one of the core founding members of Strategy Consulting Group in 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Korea back in 2007, first among the Big 4 Firms to establish a strategy practice in Korea. As a strategy partner, he has engaged and successfully executed more than 250 strategy projects for 100+ renowned domestic and multinational corporations. In 2020, Derek further expanded his job responsibilities by taking charge of the ESG practice. With support from the Senior Partner at 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Korea, Derek has made a valuable contribution to the Korea firm in relation to achieving its leadership position in the ESG market. In October 2023, he was appointed as the new Head of ESG, 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Asia Pacific.
