Avery is a researcher, project manager and communicator, working at 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in the UK as part of the climate risk & strategy team. Avery's areas of expertise are the intersections of gender and climate, just transition, and ESG engagement strategy. Her work includes a focus on climate-related disclosures in the private equity sector; working with a multistakeholder group of firms and institutions to develop sector-specific guidance for the implementation of climate strategy.
Avery has managed editorial efforts for international media organizations and publications on climate action and youth engagement 鈥� including an award-winning youth initiative during COP26. She has contributed, along with other young leaders, to multidisciplinary climate and gender policy recommendations 鈥� with governmental bodies and NGOs.
Avery has spent time living and working in Canada, the UK, and South America.聽
