Jon was first appointed as Chief Executive Officer of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 UK in April 2021. Under his leadership, 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 UK and 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Switzerland merged to become a $4.4bn business, making the combined business the second largest in the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 network. Jon is now responsible for over 22,500 employees 鈥� 17,500 of which are based in the UK.
In 1994, Jon first joined 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 within the firm鈥檚 UK鈥檚 Financial Services Audit practice. He went on to become an Audit Partner in 2006, leading a wide range of client engagements across Banking, Insurance, and Asset Management.聽聽
In 2013, he was appointed the Office Senior Partner in Manchester, going on to become UK Head of Financial Services in 2017, and UK Head of Audit in 2019. Alongside his appointment as UK Head of Audit, he was appointed a member of the Executive Board and Global Audit Steering Committee.
