Michelle has experience in dealing and processing various work permits with the Immigration Department, Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM), Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA), Ministry of Domestic Trade, Consumerism and Cooperatives (MDTCC), foreign consulates on issues related to applications for expatriate posts and employment pass issues. Additionally, Michelle also handles applications to the Multimedia Development Corporation Sdn Bhd (MDeC) for companies in the IT industry and companies which have a Multimedia Super-Corridor status. She is experienced in obtaining special passes especially in cases where the expatriates have overstayed and provides high level advice on Malaysian Immigration matters for business travelers.
