Kate has been a聽 Director in 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 EMA FS Regulatory Insights Centre (RIC) for over five years leading on Capital Markets & Digital Finance regulation, publishing analysis, providing insights and SME consultancy support on regulatory change to 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 financial services clients. Kate has been monitoring and understanding the impact of EU and UK regulatory changes such as Brexit, LIBOR cessation, MiFIR/MIFID II review and the growing regulatory focus on financial market infrastructure. Kate has also been closely following developments in the regulation of the use of emerging technology in finance, especially in the areas of cryptoassets, DLT and artificial intelligence. Prior to 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, Kate has over 15 years' experience working in Compliance and Operations areas of global investment banks as well as supervising them while at the UK FCA. |
