Radhika is the ESG Specialist Manager for the EMA Financial Services Regulatory Insight Centre (RIC). Radhika joined 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in August 2022 from the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA), where she first joined Insurance Supervision in 2015. She has experience in firm-facing supervision for both Life and GI insurers, and has also worked on Bank of England projects such as EU withdrawal preparation and, most recently, the Climate Biennial Exploratory Scenario (CBES). Prior to the PRA, Radhika worked as a Parliamentary Researcher for a Shadow Minister in the House of Commons for three years, researching policy ahead of Parliamentary debates, drafting articles for publication, and serving as a Shadow Cabinet Press Officer during the 2015 General Election.
