Erik is the Head of Insurance for 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 China and leads the Insurance Accounting Change initiatives for 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in Hong Kong. He is also a member of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Global IFRS 17 Executive Team. Prior to moving to Asia, Erik spent 2 years in 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 insurance team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. He started his career in the Netherlands and has worked with 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 for more than 30 years. Throughout his career he has worked across the full spectrum of Financial Services including Insurance, Investment Management and Banking. An audit partner by background, Erik expanded his areas of expertise through his work in Brazil and Hong Kong and is now a partner in our CFO Advisory practice. He is a member of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Global Technical Topic Team for insurance accounting and represents China and Asia Pacific on 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Global Insurance Leadership Team.
