With more than 25 years鈥� experience across global business services, IT/BPO, and shared services 鈥� he collaborates with the world鈥檚 largest organizations to create sustainable service delivery models that support accelerated business transformation and multidimensional value beyond cost savings with minimized disruption and risk.
He previously served as global lead for 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Shared Services and Outsourcing Advisory practice and center of excellence (CoE) with responsibility for innovative, multi-functional transformation programs on large and complex multi-national engagements.
