Jay Ayrton leads 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Global Compliance & Transformation practice in EMA. He has extensive experience of leading global compliance managed services projects including the set up and ongoing management phases of some of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 largest global contracts. He also leads some of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 most complex tax transformation projects covering evaluation of compliance sourcing options, development of business cases, and advising on how best practice statutory and tax processes are designed and implemented through shared service centre environments to achieve simplification and standardisation. Jay often works closely with client finance and internal audit functions as part of wider financial transformation projects, to emphasise the importance of tax working closely with the wider business.
