Jacques has a strong international experience: prior to moving to the BVI in 2008 he worked for 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in the Cayman Islands, Luxembourg and South Africa.

As well as leading the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 audit team, Jacques further leads the regulatory compliance department and routinely assists licensed entities understand and comply with their regulatory requirements.
