Oh transfer pricing... it's as easy as 1, 2, 3! But is it?

If we've learned anything about transfer pricing and the global world, nothing is ever easy - especially if we rely on limited data. In 2017 the OECD, attempting to address the increasing need for transfer pricing transparency, introduced a three-pronged approach to documentation. While only a recommendation, it has seen wide adoption albeit with a few local tweaks.
