I am a Managing Director in the Actuarial Advisory practice at ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø LLP. I have over 16 years of experience working at consulting, insurance and reinsurance firms. My experience includes a variety of transformation projects, modeling, pricing and valuation, actuarial software conversions, actuarial audits, experience analysis, product and assumption development and model enhancement projects. Additionally, I have a variety of people and project management experience, managing multinational projects with teams of up to 30 individuals. 

I have extensive working knowledge of various insurance products that include Life, Annuities, Long-Term Care, Disability Income and Critical Illness insurance in US, Canadian and international markets. I specialize in Moody’s Analytics� AXIS modeling, statistical modeling, administration systems, low-code/no-code automation and data transformation tools, database platforms, business intelligence software and MS Office suite. 

I have played key roles in over 30 AXIS model conversions for insurance and reinsurance clients. Over the last several years I have been focused on US GAAP LDTI and IFRS17 modeling, as well as PBR and Pricing modeling, and model optimization projects.

I lead the Actuarial Technology and Automation team focused on helping our clients improve actuarial processes through automation and the use of modern technology. Our Actuarial Process Optimization solutions have helped our clients save significant time and resources, and allowed them to focus on higher value tasks.  

I maintain a strong focus on business development initiatives that include client workshops, share forums, cross-practice collaborations and other go-to-market initiatives. I am a frequent speaker at industry conferences and enjoy writing articles for insurance-focused professional publications. My volunteer roles include involvement with Society of Actuaries group and section leadership committees, including Assumption Governance Group and Modeling Section. I am the Immediate Past President of the Actuarial Society of Greater New York (ASNY). I have volunteered on variety of SOA experience study committees, exam committees and held the role of the Club Secretary for the Pacific Rim Actuaries� Club of Toronto.
