In his Ignition Solutions Leader role, Zak drives growth and scale of the business, builds and leads Ignition teams and capabilities, and aligns Ignition solutions with functional and industry teams to address complex client challenges.

He has a successful track record developing trusted relationships, going to market with a client-centric approach, and working with clients throughout the project lifecycle to deliver high-quality and effective solutions.

- Oversees Ignition鈥檚 Products line of business area (Consumer & Retail, Industrial Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Energy & Chemicals sectors) focused on strategy, business development, and increasing reach while driving relevant services and solutions to meet client needs
- Served as the Ignition Atlanta Market Leader focused on driving Ignition capabilities to meet market needs, building high-performing teams, and leading the growth of Ignition's presence in the mid-south
- Led the design, build, and launch of the renovated Atlanta Ignition Center including the updated client experience journey, purposeful design principles, and enhanced technology elements to deliver more collaborative and immersive experiences
- Prior to joining the Ignition team, Zak served in 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网's Risk Consulting business leading the coordination, relationship management, and delivery of multiple ongoing, multifaceted client IT attestation engagements
