Jarod is a partner in 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 M&A Tax practice with over sixteen years of experience. He is a founding member of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Partnership Transactions Group (鈥淧TG鈥�) focusing on structuring and tax consultation related to complex partnership transactions. Jarod has extensive experience working on large scale M&A tax engagements for pass-through and corporate entities where he has been responsible for planning and executing engagements encompassing various aspects of an investment鈥檚 entire life cycle.
Jarod provides tax consulting services to enhance his client鈥檚 ability to utilize tax efficient structures through the use of flow-through vehicles. He has worked with both large and small multinational and privately held clients with flow-through structures looking to effectuate public offerings. Most recently, he has assisted clients with the implementation of umbrella partnership C corporation (鈥淯P-C鈥�), yield based (鈥淵ieldCo鈥�), partnership recapitalization, concessionaire/university infrastructure (鈥淧3鈥�), and partnership 鈥渇lip鈥� structures.
Jarod currently serves clients in the oil and gas, alternative energy, real estate, restaurant, and consumer products industries.
