Jaime is a Deal Advisory Manager in the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Accounting Advisory Services (AAS) practice in New York. He supports clients in financial reporting matters in connection with acquisitions, divestitures, capital market transactions, SEC reporting, and technical accounting advisory services across the US and LATAM.

Jaime covers technical accounting advisory services under IFRS, U.S. GAAP, and Mexican GAAP and specializes in conversions from one reporting framework to another. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Prior to joining the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 US, Jaime worked with 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Peru and 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Mexico, where he served as Senior Manager in the Accounting Advisory Services.
