Meagan is an audit partner in the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Department of Professional Practice with 16 years of experience in auditing and accounting. Prior to rejoining the firm in 2024, Meagan was a Professional Accounting Fellow in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission鈥檚 Office of the Chief Accountant (OCA). During her time in OCA, she worked on accounting, auditing, and reporting matters, including rulemaking, under federal securities laws to promote investor protection and confidence in the global capital markets. Prior to joining the Commission in 2021, Meagan spent 13 years with 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 where she primarily focused on providing accounting and auditing services to public financial services companies, both domestically and abroad.
Meagan earned a Master of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University.聽She is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania, Washington D.C. and California, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
