Principal - Strategy Practice Lead for Energy Sector, Dallas Advisory Market Leader
Jay has over 20 years of experience as an external M&A advisor and as a manager within the corporate finance function focusing on large-scale mergers and divestments, process improvement and change management initiatives. Jay has worked within and/or provided advisory assistance in energy, diversified industrials, and consumer product industries.
Prior to joining 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, Jay held several senior level, commercial roles within Royal Dutch Shell. He was the Exploration Finance Manager for the Americas regions where he managed an annual $5B land acquisition, seismic and drilling budget. Jay also led key commercial projects as a senior advisor in the internal mergers and acquisitions and strategy consulting teams. Jay has also held senior integration and separation advisory roles within Ernst & Young, LLP and Willis Towers.
