Melissa Taylor is a distinguished Audit Partner at 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 with over 30 years of experience serving large, public global companies. She is a member of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Board of Directors and the Audit Sector Leader (ASL) for Life Sciences. Melissa has extensive global experience and serves as an SEC and IFRS Reviewing Partner. After completing a four-year secondment in London, she returned to the Metro New York area in May 2013.
Melissa specializes in audit services for global pharmaceutical and consumer product companies. Her recent experience includes working with some of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网's most significant clients, such as Pfizer, Unilever, Takeda, Constellation Brands, Reckitt Benckiser, and PepsiCo . She also has extensive experience in transformation and global projects, including ESG, ERP implementations, and shared service/outsourcing.
Currently, Melissa serves as the Global Lead Audit Partner for Pfizer and the Global Lead Partner for Life Sciences Audit. She is also a member of the IFRS Advisory Council Board. In her role, she manages the day-to-day delivery and coordination of assurance and other 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 services to her clients. Her expertise extends to capital markets transactions, including public and exempt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and divestitures.
Melissa is a graduate of the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Chairman鈥檚 25 Leadership Program and the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 SEC and IFRS Reviewing Partners Program. She serves as a 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 National Instructor for various firm-sponsored technical training seminars and is a Performance Partner and Mentor. Additionally, she is a cohort leader for the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Women鈥檚 Executive Leadership Summit.
