Partner, Tax Practice Leader
Kristen is a Tax Partner in the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Asset Management Tax practice. She has 20 years鈥� experience in serving foreign and domestic private equity and venture capital clients. Her clients include investment funds whose portfolios span across multitude industries utilizing various investment strategies. Kristen travels regularly to meet with international tax clients and potential target clients regarding taxation requirements for U.S. partners investing in foreign private equity and venture capital funds.
Kristen serves on the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Women鈥檚 Advisory Board and is Partner Champion for the Raleigh office chapter of the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Network of Women (鈥淜NOW鈥�). She also leads Raleigh鈥檚 Business Resource Groups (BRGs) which support the firm鈥檚 efforts to advance diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) across the firm and in the marketplace. Kristen also co-leads the Carolinas chapter of Women Corporate Directors (WCD).
