Greg Sweigart
Senior Manager, Washington National Tax
Greg is a Senior Manager in the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Washington National Tax (鈥淲NT鈥�) Accounting Methods and Credit Services (鈥淎MCS鈥�) practice with many years of experience guiding clients through complex tax issues, including the R&D tax credit, section 174, the employee retention credit, and tax controversy with Federal and state taxing authorities.聽
Greg鈥檚 responsibilities with WNT include the review of qualitative and quantitative client deliverables, internal consultation with 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 field teams, external consultation with clients and prospective clients, analysis of statutory and regulatory developments and related case law, opinion drafting, and the creation of internal and external materials for training and marketing.
Prior to joining WNT, Greg was a manger with 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 AMCS practice. 聽There, Greg led client engagements in industries including software, engineering, manufacturing, banking, and aerospace. 聽Greg both personally performed and led project teams throughout information collection and analysis, technical interviews, the preparation of calculations and workbooks, and the drafting and review of written deliverables.
Greg received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center in 2013, and is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
