Professional and Industry Experience:

Kim has a broad base of experience, including:

  • Partnership taxation and other flow-through entity planning
  • Planning for tax-equity investments, including partnership 鈥渇lip鈥� structures
  • Overseeing financial statement tax provision reviews for rate regulated utilities, renewable energy companies and privately held companies in this sector
  • Planning for and reviewing energy credit eligibility for investment and production tax credits
  • Advising clients on Inflation Reduction Act credits, eligibility, and transferability
