Nick joined 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in October 2018 after over 18 years in HMRC where he was the Delegated Competent Authority team leader responsible for Non-Financial APA and MAP cases and had governance roles on APAs and Diverted Profits. Nick wrote the 2016 update to the APA Statement of Practice and has huge practical experience of seeing APA cases from the Expression of Interest stage through to successful resolution. Nick represented the UK at the OECD/G20 during the BEPS Action 14 discussions (鈥楳aking Dispute Resolution Mechanisms More Effective鈥�) and the linked FTA MAP Forum plus the EU Joint Transfer Pricing Forum.
