Mamta Soni is an audit partner in 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Department of Professional Practice (DPP), with over 16 years of experience specializing in complex technical accounting, auditing, and SEC reporting matters. Recently, she served a two-year term as a Professional Accounting Fellow in the Office of the Chief Accountant at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). During her fellowship, Mamta actively contributed to the SEC鈥檚 rulemaking activities, provided consultations, and supported the SEC鈥檚 oversight of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board鈥檚 standard-setting activities. She has also worked with a diverse portfolio of audit clients, encompassing a broad spectrum of industries. Her experience includes providing audit services to clients in sectors such as retail, consumer products, technology, healthcare, and manufacturing, demonstrating her versatility and depth of expertise in addressing industry-specific challenges and regulatory requirements.

Mamta is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a licensed CPA in New York, Ohio, and Virginia.
