Chris has significant experience in providing financial statement audit and audit of internal control services to large national and international public companies. Chris has a thorough understanding of SEC rules and regulations. His experience includes assisting clients with capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, as well as merger and acquisition activity.

Chris’s experience includes serving clients in the financial services industry and has also worked with private equity firms.  He spent two years on an international rotation in Zurich, Switzerland, providing integrated audit services to a large international public financial services company.
