Eric is a Managing Director in Tax Accounting Methods and Credits Services (AMCS) and the day-to-day lead for 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Tax Enterprise Services (TES). In his role, Eric focuses on advising clients鈥� tax organizations with ERP migrations, particularly SAP to S/4HANA. As the TES Leader, Eric utilizes his knowledge in growth strategy execution, digital transformations, and enhancing business processes to spearhead collaboration across 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网's Tax, Advisory, and alliance ecosystem. His focus is to address the ongoing digital investments of our clients, with a particular emphasis on bridging the divide between System Integrators and the Tax function.
Eric comes with over 20 years of experience in driving revenue and efficiencies through organizational change, technology adoption, and operating model optimization. Eric has led enterprise-wide Business and Digital Transformations across various industries, adapting Go-To-Market strategies for immediate impact.聽
Eric brings to bear a strong understanding of how to systematically package complex services to make immediate impacts for our clients鈥� tax functions while integrating with broader digital transformations, accelerating our ability to help clients improve their efficiencies, reduce risk, and extract a stronger ROI from ERP investments.
Eric holds an MBA from the University of Southern California, an MS-CIS from Boston University, and is a certified Project Management Professional.
