Naveen is an experienced Accounting Advisory Services Director with deep Capital Markets, SEC and IPO experience including cross-border deals with a focus in Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) sector. Lead Director on several cross-functional engagements spanning IPO, Buy-side, Spin-Off, SPAC Transactions and GAAP conversions services.

Naveen currently works with clients in addressing their financial reporting requirements primarily related to initial public offerings, public and private debt offerings, mergers/acquisitions and accounting conversions.  This work includes SEC filings, financial integrations and conversions to US GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards.  Naveen has also been the lead director on over 25 IPO readiness engagements and has lead both the project management office and the accounting, SEC and financial reporting work streams . He also has significant experience in helping companies transition from a private entity to public company, advising senior executives on implementing a robust framework and infrastructure to sustain itself in a public company environment.
