Hubert Raglan's practice includes advising on the tax aspects of domestic and international treasury activities, financial products, transactions, and structures. He currently advises clients on a wide range of issues related to debt renegotiations, bankruptcy workouts, hedging financial, foreign currency, and commodity risks, as well as advising on cash pooling, centralized treasury, and risk management systems.

Hubert is a frequent speaker at both internal trainings and industry conferences focusing on the taxation of financial institutions and capital markets transactions. Hubert’s professional experience includes working at major international law firms in NewYork, London, and Hong Kong, as well as in the national tax department of another major accounting firm.
