Tom Pizzuti is a Partner in 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Deal Advisory & Strategy practice, and serves as the leader of the Financial Due Diligence practice in New England.
Based in Boston, Tom has 30 years of business, financial, and M&A experience. He has advised clients in more than 300 transactions during his tenure at 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, covering every aspect of a transaction, from investment thesis, to execution of the deal, to post-acquisition integration and synergies.
Prior to joining 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, Tom held management positions in finance and corporate development within growing tech businesses and spent five of those years living and working in France.
The buy-side and sell-side due diligence projects Tom has led have ranged from $50 million to $10 billion in purchase price. Tom has extensive experience advising clients in cross-border transactions covering most of the significant countries. Industries covered have included Consumer Goods, Retail, Industrial, Logistics, Technology, and Healthcare.
Tom is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a licensed CPA. He holds his Bachelor鈥檚 degree from Brown University and his Master鈥檚 degree from Boston University.
