Managing Director, Corporate Finance
Ford Phillips is a Managing Director of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 CF LLC, and leads the Automotive and Metals industry practices. He is based in the Chicago office.
Ford has more than 25 years of corporate finance experience, having advised both buyers and sellers on a wide range of middle-market M&A transactions. He has also executed numerous debt and equity private placements, including asset-based and cash flow loans, second lien loans, subordinated debt, and structured equity.
In addition to his Industrials focus, Ford also leads the firm鈥檚 Special Situations advisory group, which provides corporate debt restructuring, reorganization, and strategic advisory services to both debtors and creditors across a wide variety of industries.聽
Prior to joining 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 CF, Ford served as a Managing Director at Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc. Earlier, he was a founding member of Giuliani Capital Advisors, a national boutique investment bank, and was a Managing Director in the corporate finance group of another Big Four accounting firm.
Ford received his Bachelor of Science degree summa cum laude from Illinois State University and is a certified public accountant. Ford has also achieved the Certified Insolvency and Reorganization Advisor designation sponsored by the Association of Insolvency Advisors.
