Rafael Perito is an experienced legal & tax professional with over 20 years of experience in the field. Throughout his career, Rafael has worked both in advisory and litigation capacities, providing expert guidance to clients in a variety of financial sectors.

For over 15 years, Rafael has served as an in-house tax counsel for major national and international financial institutions (J.P. Morgan and Itaú). In this role, he has led tax advisory areas for a range of products and services, including wealth management, investment banking (M&A, ECM and DCM), asset management, fiduciary services (investment funds), international custody (res. 4373), and FX segments.

Rafael's expertise also extends to advising corporate areas of financial institutions, such as treasury, proprietary M&A, tax planning, transfer pricing, and tax litigation.

At ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Brazil, Rafael is the lead partner for legal Financial Services, Asset Management, Family Office & Private Client practices.
