Mike Percent is the Audit Sector Leader of ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø’s Media and Telecommunications (M&T) practice. With decades of experience in this sector, Mike leads the growth of the practice with an “industry firstâ€� mindset, supporting the development of our people and working with teams across Audit, Tax, and Advisory to bring the best of the firm to clients.

Throughout his career, Mike has served clients spanning M&T subsectors including advertising, broadcasting, music, news, printing, production, publishing, sports, streaming and telecommunications. He has supported clients through initial public offerings, secondary and shelf registrations, and private-placement offerings, and is an SEC Review Partner.

Mike has worked with ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø’s network firms around the globe including Europe, France, Germany, Japan, Latin America, the People's Republic of China, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, and the United Kingdom assisting clients in establishing, managing, restructuring, and exiting markets worldwide.

A trusted leader, Mike is the Audit Leader of the Firm’s Long Island office, an Account Executive on clients across the practice, and the former Audit Growth Leader for Metro New York. He also a current and former Board and committee member of several community organizations.
