Ketan is the Consulting Sector Leader for ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø’s healthcare practice with over 20 years of experience in managing large-scale back-office transformation engagements that focus on revenue enhancement, cost reduction, shared services, and technology optimization. Ketan has successfully guided some of the largest academic centers, nationally recognized health systems, large health plans, and a variety of other healthcare clients to redesign workflow and processes to optimize margin, efficiency, and patient experience. Additionally, Ketan leads his clients through digitally enabled solutions and robotics process automation to continue to reduce operational cost and increase quality and productivity. 

Experience:

• Coordinated and led an enterprise-wide turnaround effort at one of the largest faith-based health systems nationally, aimed at generating $1B in cost reduction and margin enhancement.
• Led the implementation of a digitally enabled finance transformation journey for a large academic medical center, realizing over 5% in margin enhancement.
• Led the planning and execution of the consolidation of multiple business offices across 14 hospitals in 5 states, into a single location enabling a future-state shared services business model with lower operating cost and $1B in incremental revenue over 5 years.
• Implemented Robotics and Process Automation (RPA) enabled workflow enhancements across finance, and developed inventory of additional use cases with ROI, appropriate sequencing, and ongoing monitoring & support strategy.
• Led multiple end-to-end technology enabled transformations across multiple non-acute clients, including home health, hospice, oncology, dialysis, and physical therapy.
• Managed AR outsourcing and liquidation strategy, as well as internal receivable reduction program via national BPO partner as part of a large-scale technology cutover.
• Developed and led strategy and technology alliances for patient centric programs, including payment portals, patient financing, and enhanced patient experience.
