Nadia leads the ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Financial Services Strategy practice in the US. In this role, she is responsible for overall client service, go-to-market efforts, people and innovation across the Financial Services Strategy practice. Nadia has over 20 years of experience and has spent her career focused on helping her clients and teams deliver significant value from M&A and Transformation in buyside, sellside, and organic growth environments.

A leader in M&A and transformation, Nadia has been responsible for delivering large-scale, global, and complex projects in M&A environments, assessing organizations, and developing and implementing M&A and value creation strategies across business functions in Banking, Capital Markets, Fintech, Payments, Insurance and Private Equity. Nadia’s experience cuts across areas such as due diligence, Legal Day 1, integration/separation planning and execution, Management offices (IMO/SMO), synergies, carve-outs, TSAs, target operating model, enterprise cost reduction, culture, customer and employee experience.
