Kevin is a tax partner in the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 business tax services practice with more than 25 years of tax experience in both public accounting and industry. Kevin leads the Phoenix office tax practice. As a former member of the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Mergers & Acquisitions tax practice, Kevin has extensive experience consulting on various domestic and cross-border transactions and related tax issues. Kevin is also a member of the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 national tax provision (鈥淎SC 740鈥�) team and network. In addition, Kevin previously served as Senior Vice President of Tax for an investment fund handling all compliance, consulting and transactional tax matters.聽
Professional and industry experience
Kevin's work responsibilities include various tax consulting and tax compliance services for clients in a wide variety of industries. Based on his prior Mergers & Acquisitions group experience, Kevin consults on various complex tax issues resulting from transactions. Kevin also focuses on the preparation and review of corporate and partnership tax returns, assisting clients with tax examinations and audits and the review of income tax provisions under ASC 740. Kevin also spent years as a tax director for an investment fund with investments in numerous industries and entities and was responsible for all tax matters.
