Erik is a Partner in the International Tax â€� Value Chain Management Tax Practice of ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø. He serves clients in a variety of industries including consumer products, chemical, services, manufacturing, and high-tech. He works with multinational corporations on a wide variety of international tax issues, including earnings repatriation, cross-border financing, foreign tax credit planning, and foreign country tax reduction with an emphasis on value chain alignment strategies as part of the Value Chain Management Tax Practice (“VCMâ€�).

Erik has focused on VCM related structuring over the last 13 years helping companies achieve benefits by creating value through business transformation.

Erik is a certified public accountant, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and International Fiscal Association. Erik holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, with a major in Accountancy from Marquette University.
