Ryan has over 19 years鈥� experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to his clients. 聽His clients consist of hedge, private equity, real estate funds, real estate developers and owner/operators, and property management companies structured mainly as partnerships or real estate investment trusts (REITs). 聽Ryan has experience advising clients with tax issues associated with real estate acquisitions and dispositions, real estate development and partnership structuring. 聽
